Hi!! Thank you for considering booking with me! I’m Callie, i’m 19 years old. I’ve been apart of the lash industry for 2 years! I’m passionate in providing lash extensions that are comfortable, safe, and customized to your liking! I also provide other services such as waxing and eyebrow laminations & tints. INFO FOR PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: DEPOSITS : A $15 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking full lash sets. This is taken out of your total at your appointment. CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY : If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please let me know ahead of time as we might need to reschedule your appointment. Last minute cancellations & no-call-no-shows are charged the full price of the service booked. I require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows me to offer the time slot to other clients who may need it! Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are charged a 30% fee. EXTRA INFO : • Please arrive with clean lashes (no eye makeup/ mascara/ strip glue on your lashes) • No refunds are given for any no show/ cancellation fees or services performed • I have a waiting room outside my suite if you need to bring anyone with you to your appointment
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations on the day of the appointment or for no-shows, a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be applied to the card on file. Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your service. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 30% fee of the scheduled service. This policy is placed to ensure that we have adequate time to fill the appointment slot, allowing us to serve other clients effectively and mitigate potential revenue loss. Your understanding and adherence to this policy, greatly appreciated. No refunds are given for any cancellation fees or services that were completed.
